jlber Terms & Conditions

1.1  These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") are issued by jlber (hereinafter "jlber", "we", "us", or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlber.vip (hereinafter "the Platform" or "the Website").

1.2  jlber operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). The Company complies with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable PAGCOR Regulatory Bulletins.

1.3  By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing a wager, you ("the Player" or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.4  These Terms apply to all games, services, features, promotions, and communications provided by jlber to registered players. Where a specific promotion or game carries its own additional terms, those supplementary terms apply in conjunction with these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the supplementary terms prevail only for the specific matter to which they relate.

1.5  These Terms are written in English. You confirm that you are sufficiently proficient in English to understand the obligations, rights, and restrictions set out herein. Where a translation is provided for convenience, the English version is the binding document.

2.1  Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming activity on the jlber Platform. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and reflects Philippine law governing casino-style gaming and sports betting. jlber strictly enforces the 21+ requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

2.2  Geographic Eligibility. The jlber Platform is intended for use by individuals located within the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law do so at their own risk. jlber reserves the right to restrict or deny access to any individual based on geographic location without prior notice.

2.3  Ineligible Persons. The following persons are prohibited from registering or maintaining an account on jlber:

• Any person under 21 years of age;
• Any person who has self-excluded from gambling under PAGCOR's exclusion programme or jlber's own self-exclusion system;
• Any person listed on PAGCOR's Persons Excluded from Gaming Establishments (PEGE) registry;
• Any employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of jlber or any of its affiliated software or service providers;
• Any person who has previously had an account terminated by jlber for violations of these Terms.

2.4  Representation and Warranty. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section 2 and that you will promptly notify jlber if your eligibility status changes at any time.

3.1  Registration Process. To access real-money gaming on jlber, you must complete the online registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a chosen username and password.

3.2  One Account per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the jlber Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through family members — is strictly prohibited. jlber reserves the right to merge, close, or void any accounts identified as duplicates, and to forfeit all balances and bonus funds associated with duplicate accounts.

3.3  Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, jlber requires identity verification in accordance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering compliance requirements. You will be required to submit:

• A clear photograph or scanned copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (Passport, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, SSS ID, UMID, or PRC ID); and
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document.

3.4  jlber may, at its discretion and at any time, request additional documentation including proof of address, source of funds documentation, or enhanced due diligence materials. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

3.5  Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jlber will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your username and password. You must notify jlber immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.6  Account Accuracy. You must ensure that all account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of balances.

4.1  Accepted Payment Methods. jlber accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlber does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or international wire transfers.

4.2  Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may be imposed at the platform level or at the payment provider level. Where promotional bonuses specify a minimum qualifying deposit, that amount takes precedence for bonus purposes.

4.3  Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jlber wallet immediately upon successful authorisation. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are typically credited within 30 minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one (1) banking day.

4.4  Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100;
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the name of the account holder;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-funded winnings can be withdrawn;
• jlber reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence prior to processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.

4.5  Withdrawal Processing Times. GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to two (2) banking days. jlber is not liable for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.

4.6  Player Funds Protection. In accordance with PAGCOR requirements, player funds are held in accounts segregated from jlber's operational funds. Your balance is protected against the Company's business liabilities.

4.7  Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or gameplay) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. jlber reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances following prior notice to the registered contact details. Players may reactivate their accounts by logging in at any time.

5.1  jlber may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is announced.

5.2  Wagering Requirements. Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's supplementary terms.

5.3  Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses are available only to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus claim is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. jlber reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any player at its reasonable discretion.

5.4  Bonus Abuse. jlber maintains active monitoring for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; coordinating play with other players to guarantee outcomes. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonuses voided and balances reviewed.

5.5  Promotion Withdrawal. jlber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not retroactively affect already-qualified bonus funds that are actively being wagered.

5.6  Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your wallet. Real-money funds are used first by default unless the applicable promotion specifies an alternative allocation order.

6.1  Game Integrity. All slot games and virtual casino games on jlber use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification ensures that outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by the size of bets, account history, or any other external factor. RNG systems are independently audited.

6.2  Live Casino Games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers operating from certified studio environments. The results of live games are final once the round is concluded and confirmed by the dealer. Technical errors during a live game round will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the applicable game provider's rules.

6.3  Sports Betting. Sports betting odds are set by jlber and are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Bets placed and confirmed ("accepted") will be honoured at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance. jlber reserves the right to void bets where a material error in odds is evident.

6.4  Void and Cancelled Events. Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or declared void under the applicable sports rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. In-play bets settled prior to cancellation stand unless the event is declared void retroactively by the governing sports body.

6.5  Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per round. These limits are displayed within each game interface. jlber reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any account without prior notice where warranted by risk management considerations.

6.6  System Errors. In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, jlber reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wagered amount. jlber will not be liable for winnings generated as a direct result of a system error or game malfunction.

7.1  jlber is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. In accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements, jlber provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all account holders.

7.2  Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits;
• Loss Limits: Define maximum acceptable losses per period;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of gaming sessions;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications of time spent and amounts wagered;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform.

7.3  Self-Exclusion. Players who self-exclude will be prevented from logging in, making deposits, or receiving marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts.

7.4  jlber will not extend credit to any player. All gaming must be funded from the player's own legitimate funds. jlber does not accept gambling activity funded by loans taken for the purpose of gambling.

8.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlber Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Registering or operating multiple accounts;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with games or the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in games or the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or organised cheating in sports betting or live casino games;
• Using the Platform to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Allowing or facilitating third-party access to your account;
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or security systems;
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behaviour toward jlber staff or other players via any communication channel.

8.2  jlber maintains the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies against any player engaged in fraudulent or criminal conduct via the Platform, in addition to account termination and balance forfeiture.

9.1  All content on the jlber Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and design elements — is the property of jlber or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

9.3  Any unauthorised use of jlber's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

10.1  The jlber Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlber makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for any particular purpose, or compatibility with your device or software.

10.2  jlber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

10.3  jlber's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim giving rise to liability.

10.4  Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10.5  You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss. jlber is not responsible for gambling losses incurred on the Platform. All gaming decisions are made by you at your own risk.

11.1  jlber reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation;
• Account identified as a duplicate;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any law enforcement authority;
• At the player's own request (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion).

11.2  Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (net of any voidable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following satisfactory identity verification.

11.3  Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms — including fraud, prohibited conduct, or KYC failure — jlber reserves the right to withhold all or part of the balance pending investigation and/or legal advice.

11.4  Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting jlber's 24/7 live chat support or by using the self-exclusion tool in Account Settings.

12.1  If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of the jlber Platform, including game outcomes, payment processing, or account management, you should first contact jlber's customer support team via the 24/7 live chat available within the Platform.

12.2  jlber's support team will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and aim to provide a substantive resolution within five (5) business days. Complex disputes requiring investigation may take up to fourteen (14) business days to resolve.

12.3  All dispute communications should include your registered username, a clear description of the issue, the date and time the issue occurred, and any relevant transaction or game round reference numbers.

12.4  Where a dispute relates to a game outcome, jlber's review will be conducted using server-side game logs, which constitute the definitive record of game activity. Client-side screenshots or recordings are considered supporting information only and are not binding on jlber's determination.

12.5  Players who remain dissatisfied with jlber's dispute resolution outcome may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulatory procedures.

13.1  jlber collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

13.2  Details of what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your data subject rights are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13.3  By registering an account on jlber, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including processing for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service communication purposes.

14.1  jlber reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting player rights, payment processing, or eligibility conditions — jlber will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to the account.

14.2  Non-material amendments, such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or additions of information required by regulatory update, may take effect immediately upon publication on the jlber website.

14.3  The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.1  These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.2  Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila.

15.3  Nothing in this Section limits the right of jlber to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to prevent actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights or to protect player funds.
